All Battery terminals are cast using 131 contact copper which is 93% to 95% copper. They are electro-plated with a bright tin finish. Each terminal has raised letter to provide legibility of important information such as wire size and post type. Our battery terminals are sand cast which makes them more durable and reliable than die cast parts. A deep chamfer entry promotes the ease of wire installation. For corrosion protection a thin layer of epoxy is applied to the surface of the nuts and bolts. This thin layer does not effect the ease os assembly and will maintain consistent torque and galvanic protection.
